Trade Exhibitor Layout

The trade hall will be directly adjacent to the conference hall and all breaks and drinks receptions will be held in the trades area.

Booth inclusions:

Single booth: 3m frontage x 3 m deep x 2.3m high
Double booth: 6m frontage x 3 m deep x 2.3m high

Trade registration for 2 trade delegates per booth including lunches
Trade registration does not include Gala Dinner

Full payment must accompany a booth booking to ensure it is held for you. All booth bookings are indicative only until payment is received.

Once a booth is confirmed, we will pass you onto Display Works who will contact you regarding furniture or any other special requirements.
