Expressions of Interest – provision of legal support to members of the aviation industry community.

AIA has determined that its members should have access, if they do not already to individuals or groups of legal practitioners who understand the intricacies of aviation law from both a domestic and international perspective and governing the gambit of advice from individual safety matters to assisting the establishment of new aviation businesses in New Zealand.

The Industry has a wide range of challenges for which legal advice is often required.  These range from advice required on interaction with regulatory frameworks both within New Zealand and globally, compliance with New Zealand and international law, banking and finance.

To provide this service to our membership we wish to have a list of respected practitioners who can provide expert advice to our members.

AIA is accordingly calling for expressions of interest.
