Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by 12 July 2012 will receive a refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellations received after 12 July 2012 will not receive a refund, however, a sustitute delegate can attend. You may substitute at any time, but formal notification must be given in advance to the conference organisers
