Divisions

To operate effectively and maximise membership engagement with the AIA’s management office in Wellington, the Association is divided into a number of divisions representing all key commercial sectors in the aviation industry.
 
Divisional chairs and deputy chairs are the primary contacts for any issue of specific concern. Policy or across-divisional matters tend to be dealt with by the AIA office staff.
 
One of our objectives is to provide specialist secretarial support to each of our key operating divisions. The New Zealand Agricultural Aviation Association (NZAAA) already has this in place with the New Zealand Helicopter Association (NZHA) and the engineering division following shortly.
